Ms. Nidhi Singh is an Assistant Professor in the School of Law at JECRC University, Jaipur Rajasthan. Before joining JECRC University she already worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Law at Kalinga University, New Raipur Chhattisgarh for one year. She is pursuing a Ph. D. in Law from the School Of Law and Constitutional Studies at Shobhit Institute of Engineering & Technology Deemed to be a University, Meerut where her research involves the study of Narco Analysis test during Police Investigation focussing on the criminal laws.
She has completed her LL.M. (Criminal Law) from Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida and her BA. LL.B from City Academy Law College affiliated with the University of Lucknow.
She has authored two books, namely The Menace and Implications of Narcotic Drug Abuse and Alcoholism in India: A Socio-Legal Study and Comparative Public Law, and also published research papers on Surrogacy laws, Legal Research, Competition Law, Environmental Law in Scopus Indexed journal, Peer Reviewed journal and UGC care list. She has a keen interest in various forms of Criminal Laws dealing with Juvenile Justice, and POCSO Laws. Before being an academician she was an Associate at Brahmin Legal Associate, Lucknow dealing with Corporate Laws.
