To support the costs associated with our high-quality publishing services, authors are required to pay a one-time manuscript processing charge for the publication of manuscripts accepted after a thorough peer-review process.
While traditional journals rely on a reader-pays model where institutional libraries bear the costs of content access, the International Journal of Human Rights Law and Research (IJHRLR) follows a complete open-access model. This ensures that all articles published in the journal are freely available to both the scholarly community and the general public. Consequently, IJHRLR does not generate revenue from subscription sales for printed or online copies of the papers it publishes.
To sustain our quality standards, editorial activities, and cover essential operational costs—including website maintenance, hosting, domain fees, and charges related to Impact Factor and Indexing services—a minimal one-time processing fee is charged for each submission. This fee ensures that we can continue to provide an exceptional publishing experience for our authors.
The processing fees are as follows:
- Indian Authored Manuscript (Up to 2 Authors): INR 800
- Co-Authored Manuscript (3 Authors): INR 1500
- Foreign Nationals: $25
Key Points:
- No fee is required at the time of submission.
- The article processing charge is payable only after the manuscript is accepted for publication following the peer-review process by IJHRLR.
